Partner Training

No matter who your workout buddy is, our trainers provide a fun, shared experience that will leave you feeling better than ever! Whether you have the same goals, or you are each working on something a little different, our trainers modify every exercise to suit the needs of the individual client.

Semi-Private Training

A 3-4 person session provides a fun, unique workout experience at a reduced cost. With a small group workout, you can expect your trainer to bring Goldy’s science-backed approach with a training program tailored to your group and your goals.

Bootcamp

We offer a variety of bootcamps throughout the year, from your basic fitness reboot to a fun, themed workout with friends. A great way to dip your toe into working out with a Goldy’s trainer. Whether it’s your first time, or you’re an avid gym-goer, Goldy’s bootcamps will get you moving and leave you with a smile.
