Having long understood the benefits of mindfulness training, Goldy applies this concept to physical fitness by training clients in body awareness as well as physical exercise. A NASM certified personal trainer, Goldy has always taken a strict, science-backed approach while maintaining a passion for helping others find strength and confidence in their lowest moments. “Turn your pain into progress”, “you versus you”, and “better today than you were yesterday” are his frequent reminders to clients. Chris’s science-backed and heart-filled approach brings clients back day after day, not just to work out, but to connect and feel heard.

Franklin Coker is a trainer with a deep passion for helping people become stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. For Frank, fitness is about more than workouts—it’s about empowerment, resilience, and building confidence that carries over into every part of life. Frank’s passion for helping others stems from his own journey. After years of running and tennis, he underwent hip resurfacing surgery due to genetic complications. Recovery was tough, but with the right training and mindset, he’s now in the best shape of his life! That experience reinforced what he’s always believed: fitness isn’t just about movement—it’s about creating the best version of yourself, inside and out.

Driven by both personal experience and professional expertise, Rebecca provides rehabilitative occupational therapy services for adults managing acute and chronic conditions, as well as personalized training and scheduling services at Goldy’s Fitness. Formerly a client herself, she found profound healing and empowerment through Goldy’s holistic, inclusive approach—so much so that she transitioned from client to team member. Today, she brings that same compassion and dedication to her clients, especially those who benefit from a more integrative, whole-person approach to health and wellness.
